5th Year Chemistry Lesson Plan & Curriculum Map

A full-year 5th Year Chemistry lesson plan aligned to the Leaving Certificate Chemistry specification (first examined in 2027). Week-by-week lessons for 1, 2 or 3 days a week from September to August, covering the Nature of Science and the Nature of Matter (matter, atomic structure, the periodic table and the mole), then bonding, intermolecular forces, gases, hydrocarbons and thermochemistry, with the start of the Chemistry in Practice Investigation and summer consolidation.
