Angle (Basic Information)

So today’s I’m talking about Angle I hope you all understand it. Students feel it difficult but today I can make it easier for everyone. So let’s start;

Two parallel lines on paper that do not intersect are called Angle.

Such as,

We can say that AB||CD

Let’s go for an example for further understanding I hope you all with me;

Example:

The two rays meet to form an angle called a vertex. Here point O is the vertex of AOB.

We can find angles in various things such as;

  • Pair of scissors
  • Hockey stick
  • Chair
  • Wood stairs etc.

Also, I want to share important information with you that is who introduce the angle and when.

Well! It was introduced by John Dorland of London in 1759 and also angle measure in degree with a protector. Protector introduced by Joseph Huddart in 1801.

Angles are different in types

  • Acute angle          (an angle between 0 degrees to 90 degrees)
  • Right angle          (90-degree angle)
  • Obtuse angle          (angle between 90 degrees to 180 degrees)
  • Straight angle          (180 degrees)

Moreover, 0 is not an angle, it called a zero angle.

Sum Up On Angle:

Finally, I’ll hope you all understand what I’m saying but if you have any ambiguity than probably you take help from our institute so don’t miss to sign up in our institute I think it is helping all of you. Remember once again to sign up in MATH MAKE SMART for further help or information.
